ORIN Fine Ltd (“ORIN”, “we”, “us”) operates www.orinfine.com. This policy explains how we use your personal information when you visit our website, register your interest in the ORIN Founding 50, contact us or, once shopping opens, make a purchase.

Shopping is not yet live. You can currently register your interest in the Founding 50, but we are not accepting orders or payments.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with ORIN, we may collect:

  • Information you give us: your name, email address and any details you provide when you register your interest, complete a form or contact us.

  • Website information: information about your device, browser, IP address and how you use our website, collected through Shopify, cookies and similar technologies.

  • Purchase information, once shopping opens: your order details, delivery and billing information, and information needed to handle customer service, returns and refunds. Payments will be processed through our payment providers.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • manage your Founding 50 registration and respond to your enquiries;

  • send you ORIN updates and marketing where you have agreed to receive them;

  • operate, protect and improve our website;

  • manage orders, delivery and customer support once shopping opens; and

  • meet our legal obligations.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. We may still contact you about a registration enquiry you have made or, once shopping opens, an order you have placed.

We rely on your consent where required for marketing and optional cookies. We may also process information where necessary to respond to your request, fulfil an order, meet a legal obligation or pursue our legitimate interests in running and securing our business.

Cookies and Shopify

Our website is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes information needed to operate the website and may collect information about your device and activity when you visit. We may also use cookies for website functionality, analytics or advertising, depending on the settings enabled on our store. Where required, you can manage optional cookies through our website’s cookie controls.

We share information where needed with Shopify and providers who help us operate the website, manage communications and, once shopping opens, process payments and deliver orders. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not publish your Founding 50 registration details.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including managing registrations, responding to enquiries, maintaining appropriate business records and meeting legal obligations. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we may retain limited information needed to respect your choice.

Your rights

Our website and Founding 50 registration are intended for adults. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

We may update this policy as ORIN develops, including when shopping opens. We will publish the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
